Project-Based Transformation

Real change happens when you take action on a creative project and welcome everything that arises along the way.

In my coaching, we don't just talk about ideas or focus on abstract goals. We bring your vision to life through tangible, creative projects that allow for deep transformation along the way. Whether you’re writing a book, launching a new venture, or developing a creative endeavor, we use the project itself as the framework for growth.

Here’s how project-based transformation works:

  • The Project as the Container: Your project becomes the space where we focus your energy, creativity, and intention. It’s a living expression of your vision and purpose, giving us something concrete to shape together and learn through.

  • Embodied Creativity: Alongside strategy and planning, we incorporate embodiment practices to keep you grounded, regulated and connected. This ensures you’re not just making progress but doing it in a way that feels aligned with your body’s wisdom and your values; replacing fear-based or stress-based action with inspired enthusiasm.

  • Transformation Through Action: As you move through the process of creation, you’ll face challenges, breakthroughs, and moments of doubt. These are all opportunities for inner transformation. By engaging with the project, you’ll grow personally and creatively — with the project itself as proof of your evolution.

Your Creative Project is a Mirror

Your creative project is more than just an idea to execute — it’s a reflection of your inner landscape. As you move through the different stages of bringing your vision to life, your project will reveal where you’re regulated, where you’re stuck, and what’s ready to be transformed.

Every challenge, delay, or breakthrough you encounter in the creative process is an opportunity to see yourself more clearly. It shows you what’s really driving you, where your fears might be holding you back, and how you can step more fully into your creative potential.

The beauty of working on a project is that it creates a structure for personal growth. The process itself becomes a mirror, reflecting your inner world, and allowing you to develop both creatively and personally in ways that are tangible and lasting.

By the time you’ve completed the project, you didn’t just finish something — you evolved.

How it all Works

I take a personalized approach to every coaching relationship because no two creative journeys are the same. Here’s what you can expect when we work together:

  • In-Depth Creative Questionnaire: You’ll take between 20-35 minutes to answer a series of long-form questions about your creative history, nervous system capacity, and intentions. You’ll also be invited to take the Creative Regulation Self-Assessment.

  • Discovery Session (90 minutes): I’ll ask you a lot of questions to better understand you as a creative and how creativity fits in with the rest of your life, career, and goals. We’ll explore what you’d like to get out of coaching and what would make this a truly invaluable experience for you. We’ll close by making commitments that ground our container in a shared value structure and help us both move forward with enthusiasm and clarity.

  • Ongoing Coaching (60-minute sessions, weekly or bi-weekly): Our regular sessions will focus on moving your project forward while addressing the personal growth that’s emerging through the process. Some sessions may focus on creative strategy, while others may dive into the internal blocks or emotional roadblocks that are coming up as you work on your project. Oftentimes, a session will include both.

  • Embodiment Practices: I’ll guide you through body-based techniques, such as breathwork, movement, to help you stay grounded and connected to your body’s wisdom throughout the creative process, as well as self-inquiry practices, intuitive decision-making, and emotional release techniques. These will become helpful practices for your toolkit moving forward, supporting you when you feel creatively blocked, overwhelmed or fearful.

  • Between Session Support: You’ll have ongoing access to me via email or voice memo if something arises between sessions. Whether it's a question, a creative breakthrough, or a challenge, I’m here to support you.

This process is designed to keep momentum on your project while also ensuring that you’re growing through the journey, not just pushing to the finish line. By the end of our time together, you will have the inner and outer resources to continue expanding and evolving as a creative.

Who I Work With

I work with creators, entrepreneurs, and founders who are ready to bring their creative visions to life while embracing the deeper personal transformation that unfolds in the process.

Whether you're developing a multi-media art installation, writing a book, or launching a business, I help you tap into your creativity and connect with your body’s wisdom. Together, we’ll create something authentic and aligned, while equipping you with the skills and tools you need to foster a lifelong relationship with creativity.

The folks I work best with have these 8 traits in common:

  • Visionary: They have bold ideas and big dreams, whether launching a business, writing a book, or creating art, and seek to make an impact through their work.

  • Passionate: Deeply connected to their creative pursuits, they aim to bring something meaningful into the world. Their projects are personal and soulful.

  • Growth-Oriented & Spiritually-Inclined: Open to transformation, they value self-reflection and are curious about how their creative projects can aid them on their spiritual journey.

  • Creative but Sometimes Stuck: They have creative energy but often feel blocked or unsure how to move forward.
  • Desiring Alignment: They want to create work that’s aligned with their values and true self, reflecting who they are at their core.

  • Driven but Seeking Sustainability: Ambitious and high-achieving, they aim to create with ease and flow rather than from stress, hustle or comparison.

  • Open to Embodiment: They understand (or are curious about) the connection between body and creativity, and are willing to explore embodiment practices.

  • Resilient and Committed: Despite setbacks, they remain committed to their vision, ready to do the work — both externally and internally.

Do whatever brings you to life, then. Follow your own fascinations, obsessions, and compulsions. Trust them. Create whatever causes a revolution in your heart.

Hypothetical Questions, Real Answers

What are your rates?

I offer coaching on a monthly retainer basis. This retainer includes all our sessions, preparation, follow-ups, and any additional support between sessions. My monthly retainer for 1:1 coaching is $700 per month for bi-weekly sessions, or $1,400 per month for weekly sessions. The retainer for groups is customized, please contact me.

Do you offer scholarships or sliding scale?

Yes, I reserve one coaching spot for those who need financial flexibility. This is offered on a pay-what-you-can basis, with a sliding scale between $400-$700 per month for 2x monthly coaching sessions.

What’s included in your monthly retainer?

The monthly retainer covers all scheduled sessions, my preparation time, follow-up work, and any support you might need between sessions via email or text. This ensures that you feel continuously supported.

What is the upfront commitment?

All new clients will be asked to commit to 3-months by signing an agreement. You can pay for the entire 3-months upfront or be put on an automatic monthly payment plan. This gives us the space to build momentum without needing to reassess after each month. If for whatever reason you want/need to break the upfront commitment, I require 30-days notice. At the end of the 3-months,if it’s working for both of us, we can continue our work together on a month-to-month basis.

How long does it take to see results?

This depends on where you are in your creative empowerment and embodiment journey, as well as your project intentions. I believe you will see shifts within the first few sessions, and deeper transformations after several months. Our focus is on sustainable progress, not quick fixes, which is why your dedication in-between sessions is essential.

What if I don’t have a specific project?

Even if you don’t have a fully-formed project, we can still work together to explore your creative vision, define your goals, and develop a plan. Sometimes the creative journey starts with finding clarity on what you truly want to create.

Can I reach out between sessions?

Yes! I’m available for email or text support between sessions. If something comes up or you have a breakthrough, you don’t have to wait until the next session to get guidance.

How long does a coaching engagement last?

The duration depends on your project and goals. Many clients work with me for 3-6 months to see significant progress, but some projects may take longer. We can adjust the length of our engagement based on your needs. Please note you do not have to work with for the entire duration of a project. Once you feel fully equipped and skilled to navigate the create process on your own, there may be an organic ending of our work together.

How do we end our coaching container?

To ensure a smooth transition, I require one month's notice before you’d like to end the coaching container. This gives us time to wrap up our work and have a closing session where we reflect on your progress, celebrate your wins, and discuss how you can continue moving forward on your own. If you're interested in working on new projects or goals, we can also explore the option of extending or transitioning into a new phase of coaching.

Begin the Process

If this work calls to you, I invite you to begin the conversation by filling out an application. You’ll answer 20 questions, which should take about 20 minutes.

Once received, I’ll be in touch with you to arrange a 60-minute Exploratory Coaching Call. On this call, I will share my tools and methodologies with you, answer any and all questions you have and then we will spend 30-minutes working on a problem that’s up for you in real-time. By the end of this call, you and I will both know whether we’re a good fit for each other.

If we are a mutual yes, we will proceed with establishing a formal coaching relationship.
